At Gems, we take pride in offering exceptional opportunities for talented educators within our family‑owned and operated centres. We’re currently seeking an experienced, passionate qualified teacher to join our Hive team (3 to 5‑year‑olds).

Now under the ownership of the Hitchins family , Gems continues to nurture a culture of wellbeing, teamwork, and professional growth across our three purpose‑built Queenstown centres. We draw inspiration from Pikler and Reggio Emilia philosophies, guided by Te Whāriki, to provide child‑led, respectful, and nature‑connected learning.

Our kaiako are valued as individuals with unique strengths, working together to create an environment that supports children’s natural curiosity and development.
