Join our fast-growing team as a HVAC Installation Technician

Job Summary

You will have responsibility for installation of heating, ventilation, solar and air conditioning systems throughout the wider Auckland area. This will involve working in residential and light industrial buildings. You will also be responsible for commissioning and release of systems as well as investigation for find and fix activities. You will be a key member of our installation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of various HVAC systems ranging from simple hi-wall to complex whole home solutions with zone controlled ducted systems and hot water heat pump systems… we look for the right solution for the customer and offer a range of brands, products, and solutions.
• Installation of pipework and ductwork, ensuring proper connections and alignment of all system aspects.
• Work efficiently and effectively to ensure materials and resources are brought to site to support installations.
• Manage the size and installation of piping, ductwork, and capping to meet designs and site requirements.
• Test / Commission HVAC systems for proper functioning and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE processes and building codes.
• Communicate with clients on-site throughout installations to provide information and answer questions.
• Proactively communicate with other team members to find effective solutions where challenges occur in installation.
