    As a Senior Student Centre Advisor, you'll be the key escalation point for student enquiries across enrolment, exams, assessments, and graduation.

    Working as part of a collaborative, solutions-focused team, you'll provide clear, timely advice that helps students confidently navigate university processes.

    In this role, you'll lead aspects of training, reporting, and day-to-day operations, supporting the division to deliver exceptional customer service.

    You'll also manage a primary and secondary portfolio, using technology and continuous improvement to enhance how we work.

    When required, you'll step in for the Student Centre Manager to help keep the team running smoothly.

    Salary will be in the range of $85,279 to $97,532 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.

    This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.

      It would be an advantage if you've studied at tertiary level, can speak a second language, or have experience with financial processes such as receipting and reconciliations.
