About The Role

We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our team and drive growth across the Lower South Island. In this role, you’ll be responsible for achieving sales and margin targets, managing distributor relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Drive sales growth and achieve margin targets across your territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributor partners
• Identify new business opportunities and support the rollout of new initiatives
• Negotiate contracts and conduct regular account reviews
• Deliver product presentations and technical service support to clients
• Manage service schedules, reports, and ensure contractual obligations are met
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights to management
• Travel regularly across the Lower South Island (minimum 10 days / month)
