What Will Your Impact Be?

  • Supporting the national sales and marketing teams with promotional planning and weekly performance reviews.
  • Managing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes, including demand forecasting and planning.
  • Consolidating sales forecasts to ensure precise, business-wide demand projections.
  • Using data to generate insights and support key decision-making.
  • Providing essential operational and administrative support to keep sales activities running smoothly.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and internal teams.
  • Developing deep product knowledge across the company\'s range.
  • Helping to refine sales processes and reporting tools.

Knowledge

  • Crucial experience within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
  • A solid understanding of sales operations, promotional planning, and demand forecasting.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes.
  • Knowledge of data tools such as Power BI, Blueshift, Excel, and Circana.
  • Awareness of commercial sales principles.
  • Knowledge of meat and smallgoods categories, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A high level of organisation and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.
  • A willingness to learn and grow into account management responsibilities.
