About the role
We're looking for an Outdoor Experiential Coordinator to join our Strategic Partnerships team. In this role, you'll plan, manage, and deliver engaging experiential activations for our key partner concessions - from concept through to execution and wrap‑up.
What you'll do :
- Bring campaigns to life by coordinating all aspects of experiential activations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to maximise exposure across events and social channels.
- Build and maintain great relationships with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on‑brand - from permits and logistics to event photography.
- Track, report, and showcase outcomes for our partners.
What you'll bring :
2 years of experience in events, activations, project administration, or media.Background in managing logistics, scheduling, and supplier coordination.Strong relationship‑building skills and confidence working with clients & partners.Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and Microsoft Office.A proactive problem solver who stays cool under pressure.Bonus : Experience in the media industry or OOH advertising.Why you'll enjoy working at MediaWorks :
