About the Role

Physiotherapist - Community / Rehab

We are seeking a NZ Registered Physiotherapist who is skilled in rehabilitation and vestibular work and wants to further their experience / skills in this area.

This role could include (if interested) rostered weekend work and on call (after a period of training / orientating to relevant competencies).

This work occurs within the Physiotherapy / Intermediate Care department at Taranaki Base Hospital or Hawera hospital or can occur in community locations.

About you

• Current NZ Physiotherapy Annual Practising Certificate
• Valid work Visa for NZ and Drivers licence
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Physiotherapist with 2 years working in the rehab sector
• Problem solving approach
• Excellent cultural knowledge & practice Te Reo; speaking is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills to work with other staff and patients
• Desire for ongoing self-directed learning
• Working visa / NZ residence (as appropriate)
