About the Role
The Project Manager – Roster to Pay programme is responsible for the deliver of new payroll solutions to replace current systems as directed by the Programme Director. You will manage a budget, risks and issues for the project. You will build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders plus provide leadership to your team to successful implement the work programme. You will also support the development and implementation of a communication programme for each District with the National Communications Lead.
About you
Supporting the Programme Director, you will initially lead a team of Business Analysts and be working with a group of payroll and rostering subject matter experts. Your team may expand over time as the programme develops. It is expected that the team will be distributed across New Zealand so experience working with a team of remote workers will be important. This is an opportunity to lead a team in a complex, collaborative and fast-paced environment while contributing to the ongoing success of the organisation.
You will have proven experience in Project Management of large complex multi system payroll projects with a minimum 8 years in large complex organisations. As well you will have :
