As Team Manager - Development Engineering, you will :
Lead and support a team delivering engineering advice for resource consents and post-approval monitoringOversee implementation of Council's engineering standards and ensure infrastructure meets specificationsProvide technical expertise on complex proposals (stormwater, wastewater, water supply, hazards)Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, and internal teamsChampion innovation and continuous improvement in systems and customer experienceWhat You'll Bring
Tertiary qualification in Engineering or NZ Certificate in Civil Engineering5+ years' experience in civil, structural, or subdivision development engineeringKnowledge of the Resource Management Act and local government processesProven leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership roleAbility to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teamsWhat We Offer
