In this role, you'll provide programme coordination and strategic operational support to the HDS Leadership Team, ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams is well-organised, consistent, and aligned with priorities.
You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement by refining processes, tools, and ways of working, including managing updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and communicating changes effectively.
A major part of the role involves supporting the Director – Housing Delivery System, including calendar management, preparing documents and presentations, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings and events.
You'll also maintain oversight of team operations, track progress across workstreams, and produce high-quality reports and presentations.
Additional responsibilities include onboarding new starters, managing safety inductions, processing purchase orders, and organising site tours and events.
This role is based in our Addington office, working Monday to Friday during set hours as part of a collaborative and focused team.
