Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Founding Engineer – AI Agents based in Christchurch. The Founding Engineer will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining AI agents, ensuring their accuracy and effectiveness. Daily tasks include programming, data analysis, and collaborating with the team to refine AI performance. The role requires strong problem‑solving skills (must have).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, SQL, Flask, cloud platforms like AWS.
• Must have the ability to learn quickly.
• Experience with AI and Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong background in data analysis and data engineering.
• Skills in project management development frameworks like PMI.
• Ability to work on‑site in Christchurch.
• Relevant experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
