About the Role Join a dynamic Learning & Development team as a Training Admin on a 6-month temporary contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting training operations, managing learning systems, and ensuring smooth execution of development programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update training records in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Create and maintain course listings, collections, and learning history
Handle general training-related queries via email
Support training logistics : coordinate invitations, attendance, venue setup, and feedback collection
Assist in codifying competencies into structured templates
Generate training reports upon request
What We’re Looking For
Meticulous and service-oriented with strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems
Prior experience in training administration or logistics support
Familiarity with SuccessFactors LMS is a plus
A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
