Comfortable in English, you master the art of turning opportunities into triumphs while elevating the TRIBE lifestyle to new heights.

As a Barista, your mantra is clear : cultivate an authentic TRIBE vibe offering great coffees!

Your Key Missions :

Be the guarantor, in front of and behind the counter, of a friendly atmosphere within the Social Hub, making this space feel like a true home.

Passionate about coffee, position TRIBE as a genuine coffee shop during the day.

Recognized experts, listen to and advise customers on their coffee or beverage choices, sharing your passion.

Transform challenges into opportunities, demonstrating problem-solving skills and positivity.

Develop customer relationships and gather feedback.

Collaborate across departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

Your Profile :

Restaurateur at heart with a positive attitude

Quality-oriented

Good level of English

Previous experience as a barista or a barista qualification

Proactive, able to bring ideas to the team

Hold a valid visa or full working rights for New Zealand
