What You\'ll Be Doing

You'll play a critical role in helping clients navigate their financial journey from strategy to settlement.

Your key responsibilities will include :

Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and lenders.

Analysing client needs to develop finance strategies and present tailored lending solutions.

Negotiating with lenders to secure competitive terms and facilitate approvals.

Managing end-to-end loan processes, including documentation, compliance, and settlement coordination.

Staying across market developments, lender policy changes, and regulatory shifts.

Acting as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional service at every step.

What You Bring

Experience in property finance and debt advisory.

A deep understanding of lending products, credit structuring, and the NZ finance landscape.

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation ability, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
