What You’ll Bring | The Expertise That Sets You Apart

We’re looking for someone exceptional — someone who :

• Has extensive, hands-on mastery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central . You’ve led complex implementations, solved gnarly problems, and know the platform inside out (any knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement would be nice to have).
• Brings a strong working knowledge of Azure services and Power Platform tools — and knows how to integrate them to unlock real business value.
• Thrives in leadership. You’ve built and inspired teams, created momentum, and know how to bring people together around a shared vision.
• Understands the power of collaboration. You’ll work closely with our Auckland-based leadership and cross-practice teams to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions.
• Is commercially savvy. You can spot opportunities, build business cases, and turn ideas into action.
• Communicates with clarity, confidence, and empathy — whether you’re talking to a developer, a customer or CFO
