The appointing salary for this role will be between $55,900 and $69,900 , dependent on skills and experience.
The Administrator, Academic Administration Services is based in our Hawkes Bay campus, reporting to the Registry Manager , and will be responsible for : Ensuring timely setup of programmes and fees on the Student Management System.
Maintaining accurate documentation and updating TEC databases and EIT website.
Supporting process improvements and system transitions, including User Acceptance Testing.
Providing advice and assistance on academic administrative requirements.
Participating in meetings and carrying out delegated approvals.
He korero mou | About you To be successful in this role you will have : Confidence in using ICT tools including Excel (pivot tables), Teams, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
Ability to evaluate and improve administrative systems and processes.
Knowledge / experience in the NZ tertiary education sector.
