We are seeking experienced ATR

• Flight Simulator Instructors to join our Flight Simulator Training team in Auckland.

In this pivotal role, you will help shape the next generation of pilots through high-quality simulator instruction, ensuring our flight crew continue to operate safely and confidently across our network.

As part of an innovative and forward-thinking training environment, you will work with state-of-the-art simulation technology and collaborate with some of the industry's most experienced aviation professionals.

About the role

Deliver flight simulator and classroom instruction to ATR

Conduct flight checks, assessments and evaluations in line with NZCAA Part 121 standards

Contribute to training program development to ensure continuous improvement and compliance

Maintain training records and ensure accuracy in performance reporting

Collaborate with operational and training teams to uphold Air New Zealand's high standards of safety and performance

Provide coaching and mentorship to pilots, fostering a learning culture built on excellence and support.

What you'll bring

ATR family operational experience

Current or eligible to hold a NZCAA Part 121 Flight Examiner approval

Current ATR

Instructional experience in an airline environment

Minimum

750 hours pilot-in-command multi-engine.
