Join a dedicated team that refurbishes disability and rehabilitation equipment — all while keeping our customers' needs front of mind.About the RoleThis is a workshop-based position suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on fault-finding & problem-solving, and has a strong mechanical and / or electrical aptitude.

You'll be responsible for assessing, repairing, and refurbishing a wide range of assistive technology and mobility equipment.

Electronics and / or programming experience will set you apart.

Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will make a real difference in people's lives.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate equipment for refurbishment and / or repairRefurbish mechanical and structural componentsStrong electronics / electrical knowledge with programming capabilitiesAdvanced fault-finding skills, replacement of faulty or damaged partsReassemble equipment to meet safety and quality standardsAdvanced understanding of workflow processes – end to end.What You'll BringMechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skillsStrong fault-finding experienceProficiency with hand tools and workshop equipmentA keen eye for detail and pride in quality workmanshipStrong work ethic and commitment to excellent customer serviceAbility to liaise with key stakeholders and demonstrate complex equipment to those with little or limited experience / knowledgeHigh level of computer skills using the MS suite of programs.Why Accessable?
