About the role :

You will provide Level 1 and 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The role also involves supporting staff onboarding and offboarding processes, such as account setup, hardware / software configuration, and providing training. Additionally, you will document support activities for knowledge sharing and work collaboratively with the IT team to improve service delivery.

Required Skills :

  • Experience in IT support (Level 1-2), preferably in an MSP environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment
