About the role

As a

Retail Coordinator

, you will have a unique and varied position in the Repco store.

Using your creative ability, you will help decide on product placement and promotions, merchandising and store presentation, while also being an integral part of the customer service team and assisting customers on the shop floor.

As a fun and energetic team member your role includes product placement, merchandising, keeping the store well stocked and tidy, and providing fantastic customer service.

Specific duties include :

Leading by example by providing friendly and accurate advice to customers

Maintaining branch standards, including merchandising standards, planogram changes and in-store promotions

Ensuring a high store presentation standard

Assisting with branch stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is well stocked

Contributing to a culture of safety by putting safety first and ensuring we make it safe and make it home

Note : This role will require lifting, bending and climbing.

Who we're looking for

Previous retail experience is essential for this role, ideally with exposure to merchandising.

You will contribute on the shop floor with strong customer service skills and help our customers, while also demonstrating a creative flair for store presentation.

We are looking for :

A creative mind for product placement and store presentation

A friendly and positive attitude with great communication skills

High attention to detail and a tidy store
