About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide leadership to a regional of injury management advisors and specialist claim administrators, delivering claim management within the ACC Accredited Employer Programme, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and optimal outcomes for injured colleagues.
About you
You bring over five years of experience in injury and illness management, including extensive involvement in the management of ACC claims. With a solid background of three to five years in leading teams, you're confident in creating a supportive and high-performing environment where people feel valued and motivated to deliver their best work.
You have a strong track record in coaching, supervision, education, and people development, particularly within the injury and illness space. You're passionate about helping others grow, guiding them to build capability and confidence in their roles.
Your ability to develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders sets you apart. You communicate clearly and effectively, and you're skilled at influencing and negotiating to achieve the best outcomes for all involved. Your professionalism, collaboration, and focus on quality underpin everything you do.
