What You’ll Do :

  • Serve Clients with Integrity : Build meaningful relationships with clients, assess their needs, and provide personalized life insurance solutions.
  • Utilize Provided Leads : Focus your time on closing sales—not cold calling—by working warm leads supplied to you.
  • Achieve Sales Goals : Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, product expertise, and client trust.
  • Ongoing Training : Participate in comprehensive virtual training and mentorship programs to develop your knowledge and grow your skills.
  • Deliver Outstanding Service : Be a trusted advisor by supporting your clients before, during, and after the sale.

What You’ll Need :

  • Insurance License : Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license (pre-licensing support and training provided).
  • Experience : No experience required—entry-level applicants are welcome.
  • Motivation & Drive : Success in this role depends on your self-discipline and commitment to growth.
