Job Overview

The Property Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance for all the properties, including tenancy and arrears management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain residential and dormitory properties, both locally and overseas.
  • Responsible for tenant management which includes working through solutions to meet requests and manage any tenant's dispute.
  • Monitor dates of lease expiry, pre-termination of lease, attend to enquiries and secure new tenants with property agents.
  • Responsible for documentation for new and renewal of tenancy leases.
  • Engage and attend to complaints from tenants on maintenance and technical issues professionally and properly to ensure every complaint is directed back to the tenants with closure.
  • Responsible for overall smooth operation of all properties and ensure that all emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption to tenants.
  • Work closely with main contractors, sub-contractors, technicians and vendors to resolve repair and maintenance issues and renovation work for all the properties.
  • Source for comparative quotes from contractors for repairs, renovations and maintenance works.
  • Maintain proper and systematic records of all quotations, drawings, manuals and other records relating to the premises and its facilities.
  • Inspect buildings, grounds, facilities and equipment routinely to ensure properties are well maintained.
  • Coordinate and handle all human resource matters related to the Club House.
  • Assist in ad-hoc property-related duties as assigned by the Managing Director or delegated by the Company.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in facilities management, building operating and maintenance.
  • Possesses good management and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task and manage tight project schedules.
  • Immediate available or short notice will be add advantage.
