About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer & Retail Marketing, this is an exciting role in the dynamic Customer Engagement team at House of Travel. You will support the owner-operators to activate engaging marketing and community connections that breathe life into the brand at a local level. You will play a pivotal role in helping increase brand presence and connect with customers locally.
This isn’t necessarily a “on the tools” marketing role. This is however a great role for a marketing professional who has spent their career to date executing campaigns across multiple channels, in a fast paced, highly matrixed environment who is now ready to take that knowledge and work alongside the retail network to guide them on local marketing initiatives. This doesn’t mean you won’t be to rolling up your sleeves to get ‘the job done’ though! This is a BIG role with multiple stakeholders and a lot of complexity.
