Production Technician

The Opportunity

As a Production Technician, you’ll join a supportive, high-performing team working within our manufacturing plant and clean room environment. You’ll play a key role in helping us achieve production targets while upholding the highest quality standards.

We’re ideally looking for someone with experience in a factory or food safety setting, along with exposure to highly regulated processing environments—or similar. Exceptional attention to detail is essential, as is a commitment to maintaining compliance and consistency in every task.

This is a hands‑on, operational role that supports our 7‑day production schedule. To succeed in this position, you'll need to be flexible and available for shifts across weekdays and weekends, as part of a rotating roster.

In this role, you'll be involved in every stage of the manufacturing process—from raw materials to final packaging—ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout.

To be successful in this role you will need :

• Very high attention to detail
• Able to work autonomously, but also engage with a busy team
• A strong work ethic and reliability
• Must have a full New Zealand Drivers Licence
• Be able to pass a Pre‑Employment Drug, Alcohol and medical testing
• We do ask for physically fit candidates as roles include lifting products up to 25kgs.
