We have one product that, when shown, everyone buys, and the premiums are big, plus over 90 percent of Americans need it, have never heard of it, and stay on it for decades. We just cannot keep up with the demand and need sharp, experienced life insurance agents that are willing to be trained and can follow our proprietary sales techniques. Since 1991, we have perfected the insurance sales process using our own exclusive leads. No one sells more insurance than we do, both in-person and virtually.

Clients set an appointment through our in-house call center to speak with you.

We are in all 50 states.

We generate all of our own leads. We don't send you to "lead vendors".

We have over 80 carriers.

Job Details

Full-Time or Part-Time - Commission only

This is a special position for licensed life insurance agents that have experience and can speak to clients who have scheduled an appointment to speak with you.

We Train You.

Great training upfront with no "Micro-managing"

Great clientele base that is ready for purchase and has set an appointment to discuss.

Responsibilities

  • Generate quotes for new customers and use e-apps to submit new business
  • Generate new business through our leads and referrals
  • Cross-sell existing customers with other agency products
  • Process payments and service pre-existing policies
  • Follow A Sales Process Designed To Make Closing Simple

Requirements

  • A Life Insurance License with at least one year of experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Must be motivated and must be able to control your own schedule. You must have E&O coverage.
  • If you are a good fit, you will be exposed to a new way of doing business where the clients ask to be contacted because Asurea invests in its agents.

    Imagine having customers who have scheduled an appointment to speak with you exclusively every day to discuss a product purchase.

    Our new agents succeed using our proprietary sales and training methods.

    If you have a great work ethic, are ready to go to work right away, can work remotely, follow simple instructions on how our agents are making sales every day, and have the basic resources to do so, then we are interested in speaking with you.

    No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work
