  • Keep our Data & AI Platform running smoothly by ensuring high availability, resilience, and continuous improvement through proactive monitoring and incident management.
  • Use Infrastructure as Code to design and build secure, scalable, and production-ready platform components across AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Databricks, and Terraform.
  • Drive automation and cost optimisation initiatives to reduce manual effort, simplify operations, and uplift engineering practices.
  • Embed strong identity, access, encryption, and policy-as-code controls to ensure compliance and maintain a robust security posture.
  • Work closely with architecture, security, and delivery teams to align platform strategy, reduce complexity, and support business outcomes.
  • Mentor fellow engineers, share knowledge, and help grow internal capability to reduce silos and build long-term team resilience.

  • Deep hands-on experience with enterprise-scale AWS environments (multi-account, production-grade), along with strong working knowledge of Snowflake, dbt, and Databricks.
  • Advanced skills in Terraform and CI / CD practices, with a focus on building reusable infrastructure patterns and automating platform delivery at scale.
  • Proven track record managing mission-critical platforms with a strong DevOps mindset.
