Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a new CRM system
- Team leadership of 3 IT professionals
- Manage vendor relationships
- Act as a Privacy Officer for the organisation, ensuring system and information compliance with relevant legislation
- Fulfil the senior helpdesk role as required, maintaining relevant technical knowledge
You Will Bring
