Deliverables

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy targeting high net worth individuals interested in property buying, selling, and repositioning.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, visually appealing content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely to understand brand voice, unique selling points, and key messaging.
Stay updated on real estate trends and social media best practices to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts for real estate or luxury brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.

In-depth knowledge of social media analytics and tools for scheduling and reporting.
