Saturday Adventures – Support Role In Takapuna

Overview

Two caregivers are needed to support a vibrant teenage girl with a disability on Saturdays.

One morning shift and one afternoon shift alternate each weekend.

Responsibilities

Be part of a two-person team to help with personal care and feeding.

Get out and about (e.g., zoo visits, people watching, wheelchair strolls, sensory activities) and keep the positive energy flowing.

Share the load and work together to handle challenging days and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.

Schedule

Alternating Saturdays : 8 : 00am–3 : 30pm or 1 : 30pm–9 : 00pm

Qualifications & Requirements

Full driver's license and car preferred.

Must be calm, switched-on, and open to humor and laughter.

Ability to bring warmth, fun, and focus, and to handle the serious aspects of the role.
