We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations & Administration Team Leader to lead the smooth running of our organisation's day-to-day support services.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee payroll, accounts, and financial reporting, including preparing the annual budget and reporting on monthly variances.
Supervise a small team and manage personnel administration duties.
Maintain the safety, compliance, and operational standards of the facility, grounds, and vehicles.
Ensure a secure, well-functioning, and welcoming environment that meets all regulatory and organisational requirements.
Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Lead workplace health and safety initiatives.
Support and promote an inclusive environment, with openness to understanding and valuing Te Ao Maori.
About You
An energised self-starter with strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Advanced capability in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Able to work flexibly, prioritise tasks, and maintain an organised and effective workflow.
Experience in financial administration and team supervision.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Full NZ driver's licence, residence & eligibility to live and work in Aotearoa.
