Accounts Payable Administrator - 12 Month Fixed Term
We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our hard working team in a 12 month fixed term role.
Our Administrators provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, you will co-ordinate the end to end AP function e.g. approval and processing of all coded invoices for payment and the reconciliation of supplier statements for the SkyCity Group.
To be successful in this role prior experience in Accounts Payableis required. This could be a great opportunity for a Finance / Accounting Graduate who is highly motivated and looking to progress their career in Finance. You will need a high attention to detail, fast and accurate data entry skills, strong numeracy and exceptional written and verbal communication skills in this high volume fast paced environment. Must be computer literate and be confident using Microsoft Office products, Intermediate level Excel at a minimum is required, as is the ability to work within a team and have a desire to learn and grow. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and / or PSI Capture is preferred.
