Cooks Needed

All Four One Cuisine Limited operates two restaurants on Dominion Road, Auckland.

We now need three Cooks to help us provide top-quality food and service.

This is a full-time job with guaranteed hours of 30 hours per week, but you will normally be required to work around 40 hours.

The job involves the following tasks and duties :

• Preparing and cooking all the dishes offered by the restaurant
• Seasoning food during preparation and cooking, when necessary
• Monitoring the quality of food at all stages of preparation, cooking and presentation
• Assisting in improving dishes
• Assisting in managing the overall operation of kitchen
• Assisting in ordering supplies and stocks
• Ensuring kitchen's operation complies with hygiene and safety regulations.
