HEAT PUMP FILTER CLEANER

About the Role

Varcoe Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps is looking for a motivated, hands‑on person to join our Auckland team as a Heat Pump Filter Cleaner.

You’ll be out on the road visiting homes and businesses across Auckland, servicing and deep‑cleaning heat pump units. It’s a great opportunity to start a career with one of Auckland’s most trusted air‑conditioning companies.

What We’re Looking For

• Able to drive a manual vehicle (company vehicle provided)
• Full NZ driver’s licence
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Friendly, tidy, and customer‑focused
• A “can‑do” attitude with practical problem‑solving skills
• No prior experience needed — full training provided
• Must have basic hand tools
• Full‑time : Monday–Friday, 8am–4 : 30pm
• Pay : Minimum wage to start, with room to grow as your skills do
