What You Will Be Doing

BrainLifts : Develop a comprehensive repository of insights from domain and customer expertise to align teams, large language models (LLMs), and decision-making processes.
OODA Loops : Lead data-driven, iterative product cycles to address the Most Important Problem, implement high-impact changes within a week, and measure success using clear, objective metrics.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Managing roadmaps or determining what or how to build.

Engaging in solution-first product management; focus on becoming a domain expert and understanding user needs.

Spending extended periods developing new features; priority is weekly feature releases.

Crafting technical solutions or defining software architecture.

Basic Requirements

AI Product Lead key responsibilities : A minimum of 4 years in a product leadership role where you have crafted the product vision and owned the core problem-solution hypothesis.

Experience in launching at least one successful product (not merely a feature or module) that reached real users beyond internal tools from concept to launch, achieving at least $1 million in revenue.

Professional experience incorporating AI in daily tasks (such as research, analysis, synthesis, strategy).

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. For details, consult
