YOUR ROLE

As Lead Supply Chain Planner within our Contract Logistics division, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising planning services for key clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Head of Planning Services – CLS NZ, you’ll lead a team delivering best-in‑class demand planning and inventory optimisation, leveraging our Advanced Lifecycle Planning Services (ALPS) platform. You’ll build trust with client stakeholders, strengthen collaboration between CEVA and customer planning teams, and drive adoption of a “One Source of Truth” model across the portfolio.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Lead demand and supply planning activities using BlueYonder, SAP and related tools to deliver accurate forecasts and effective S&OP processes
• Facilitate collaborative planning meetings and ensure actionable, insight‑driven outcomes
• Design and implement supply chain maturity roadmaps and change initiatives for key clients
• Optimise inventory and manage stock levels aligned to current and future business needs
• Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and reduce bottlenecks
• Establish, monitor and report on KPIs for ALPS through structured governance
• Coach and develop a small team of planners, fostering best‑practice behaviours and continuous improvement
• Support logistics operations and innovation to ensure a seamless client experience.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You’ll have extensive experience in advanced supply chain or S&OP environments, ideally within logistics and supply chain operations. A skilled communicator and data‑driven problem solver, you’ll combine analytical depth with the ability to influence and lead. You’ll also have :
