  • Workplace & Digital Experience Delivery Manager

  • Mo te Turanga | About the Role
  • We sat down with our Platform Manager - Digital Experience & Telco and they let us know the following about the turanga (role).

    • The team is collaborative, customer-focused, and innovative, with a strong emphasis on design-thinking and delivering exceptional digital experiences.

  • Coordinate across internal teams and vendors for digital media delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery for branch and corporate sites
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective outcomes
  • Develop communication strategies for staff and customers during change
  • Liaise with architects, technology teams, and partners to ensure seamless integrationLeading creative and technical delivery that directly impacts customer experience and workplace productivity, while shaping BNZ's digital future.

    • Delivery of new branch and corporate sites with digital media touchpoints, workplace optimisation initiatives, and projects that enhance customer self-service and digital activation.

    Managing multiple site deployments simultaneously and balancing stakeholder expectations while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.Strong relationship management, creativity, adaptability, hands-on approach, and a passion for customer experience and technology.
