Senior Business Analyst - Fixed Term to Sep 2026

Position : Senior Business Analyst at Datacom. Location : Anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. Security requirements : Citizens or Residents of AU / NZ only. Full-time fixed-term (to September 2026, potentially beyond).

Datacom works with organisations and communities across Australia and New Zealand to help them innovate and grow using technology. The role is part of our IT Service Delivery transformation, focusing on AI‑enabled processes.

What You'll Do

• Work alongside Process Owners to optimise their processes.
• Document and manage business requirements, leading reviews with subject matter experts until formal sign‑off.
• Identify critical success measures and ensure traceable data.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads to design functional and technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate with Test Analysts, communicating scope changes, issues and risks.
• Resolve specification questions and ambiguities raised by developers and testers during development and testing.
