Join us as a Senior Delivery Lead within our Operational Excellence & Enablement group, where you’ll be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and delivery of complex initiatives across digital, data, finance, and people domains. You’ll work closely with a number of internal teams including regulatory and enforcement functions, with the goal to embed modern delivery practices and uplift capability within the FMA.
This is a role for someone on variety, complexity, and collaboration. You’ll be guiding multi‑disciplinary teams, championing agile ways of working, and helping shape scalable, sustainable solutions that support our outcomes—focused regulatory mission.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to :
You’ll be an experienced delivery leader with a strong track record of driving strategic digital change, delivery and operations. You bring deep experience in agile methodologies and are confident navigating ambiguity, managing risk, and influencing senior stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
You’re someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and knows how to embed modern delivery practices that stick. You’re comfortable working across the organisation, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and coaching teams to adopt new ways of working. You’ll be equally at home in the detail of delivery as you are in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
Ideally you’ll have previous experience within financial services or a regulatory environment and you’ll be comfortable using tools like Azure DevOps to manage delivery pipelines. A degree in IT, science or a related field is essential, with relevant certification in Agile, Scrum or PMP.
