Overview
We’re seeking a Wellington based Project Manager to join our APAC Delivery Centre and play a key role in the successful delivery of digital transformation projects across public sector and enterprise clients.
You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery — from planning and execution through to client engagement and commercial performance — ensuring projects are delivered with clarity, control and confidence from start to finish.
This role will suit a confident communicator who enjoys building strong client relationships, can navigate complexity with ease, and brings energy, professionalism, and credibility to every interaction. A background in Salesforce is welcome but not essential — what matters is your ability to lead, engage, and deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Salesforce implementation projects.
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, communication, and delivery outcomes.
- Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, and risks — driving well-governed delivery that balances time, cost and quality without compromise.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain key delivery documentation (RAIDs, reports, resource plans).
- Monitor project financials, utilisation, and profitability; contribute to accurate forecasting and invoicing.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
- Build and foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner and escalation point.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to OSF’s growing delivery practice.
Your Profile
~3–6 years’ experience in Project Management or digital delivery, within a consulting or technology environment.Proven track record of tightly run delivery that balances speed, quality, and stakeholder confidence.Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing skills; able to inspire confidence and build rapport.A proactive communicator with strong presence, influence, and emotional intelligence.Skilled in risk management, problem-solving, and balancing competing priorities.Understanding of Agile delivery and use of tools such as JIRA or Confluence.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.PMP or Agile certification advantageous.About OSF Digital
