Mō te tūranga - About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst in ANZ’s Delivery & Change Centre of Excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting a portfolio of strategic, high-impact initiatives across the bank - you will work closely with cross-functional teams to elicit and document business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory standards. Your ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable insights will help drive successful project outcomes and deliver value to our customers.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit clear, actionable requirements that align with business goals and deliver real value.
• Champion customer outcomes by partnering with project teams – ensuring outputs not only meet expectations but also foster trust and deliver meaningful, compliant customer experiences. Build strong, trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders, communicating requirements with clarity and purpose.
• Support and mentor fellow Business Analysts, contributing to the growth and success of the wider team and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Bring energy and positivity, working collaboratively and proactively to support others and drive team success.
