Excavator Operator

Work on key infrastructure projects across Ōtautahi with leading civil construction companies. We’re seeking skilled excavator operators ready to step into stable, long-term roles with strong career progression. NZ citizens and residents benefit from guaranteed 30‑hour minimum contracts.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous operating experience in Construction or Civil
• Experience operating heavy machinery I.e. Excavators, loaders, rollers, dump trucks etc
• Full Clean Class 1 licence with WTR (Class 2 preferred)
• Strong work ethic with good communication skills
• Competent with Health and Safety procedures
