About The Role

We’re looking for a Field Agent to join our team to service the Christchurch area up to Waipara and down to Timaru. As a Field Agent, you’ll be on the frontline servicing legal documents, interviewing defaulting customers face‑to‑face, and conducting the repossession of goods in relation to debt recovery and other matters. You’ll manage high‑pressure situations with professionalism and care while traveling independently within your designated region.

• Ability to make quick, critical decisions in the field and prioritise safety and risk mitigation at all times.
• Great communicator and negotiator – able to explain situations clearly and defuse any potential and actual threatening situations effectively and safely for all parties.
• Pays meticulous attention to detail and has a strong sense of honesty, integrity, common sense and emotional intelligence.
