About the Role

We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Christchurch office and support an award‑winning recruiter in growing her division. Please note this role can be varied and fast‑paced.
Duties Will Include
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, databases, and social media
- Conduct phone interviews, video interviews and face‑to‑face interviews
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Maintain accurate records in our recruitment system
- Support consultants with market research and talent mapping
- Conduct reference checks
- Conduct site assessmentsi>
- Complete candidate onboarding on our online portals including booking drug testing
