About the Role

You Will Bring

Additionally, outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively articulate HR strategies consistent with NZX standards. The ability to identify remuneration issues and develop practical solutions, alongside proficiency in IT systems and HRIS for data analysis and reporting, is essential.
