Programme Manager

OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a major organisational transition programme over the next 12 months.

This is a high-impact role where you'll bring together strategy, delivery, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful establishment of new service delivery arrangements.

As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a large-scale transition programme from planning through to implementation.

You'll establish governance and reporting frameworks, lead multiple workstreams, manage risk, and ensure effective stakeholder and community engagement.

A key part of your role will be driving change management and communications strategies to support staff and stakeholders through the transition, while ensuring programme objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with long-term goals.ResponsibilitiesOversee a large-scale transition programme from planning through to implementation.Establish governance and reporting frameworks and lead multiple workstreams.Manage risk and ensure effective stakeholder and community engagement.Drive change management and communications strategies to support staff and stakeholders through the transition.Ensure programme objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with long-term goals.What You'll Bring (Qualifications)Tertiary qualification with 10+ years' senior-level project or programme management experience.Proven success leading large-scale, multi-workstream programmes in complex environments.Experience in organisational transitions, new entity establishment, or significant change initiatives.Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.Expertise in change management and communications.Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver under pressure.Strong written and verbal communication.Why ApplyThis is a unique chance to shape future service delivery that will have lasting impact across the region.
