The Logistics Support role is responsible for guaranteeing a smooth transition of product from suppliers to Global Life Sciences Solutions New Zealand (Cytiva) and then to the customer, satisfying our internal and external customer needs.

Location : This position reports to the Logistics Manager and is part of the ANZ Logistics team located in Tauranga, New Zealand (Whakamārama 3180) and will be an on‑site role.

What You Will Do

• Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers and Cytiva associates to ensure the smooth running of the logistics day‑to‑day operations.
• Complete all documentation required for export and import and be familiar with Overseas Market Access Regulations (OMARS), and MPI E‑Certs.
• Maintain appropriate stock control in our in‑house warehouse and at our 3PL warehouses as well as maintain inventory spreadsheets updated and perform cycle counts.
