About the Firm

Campbell + Associates is a dynamic boutique litigation practice located in the Old Municipal Chambers on Oxford Terrace, right in the centre of Christchurch. The firm is engaged on a wide range of high-value and complex matters, spanning private wealth disputes (trusts, estates, equity), construction litigation (defects and contractual claims), commercial disputes (including shareholder issues and director liability).

About the role

Campbell + Associates is seeking an experienced Solicitor ranging from 1-6 years PQE experienced across civil litigation and commercial disputes. Within this role there will be regular opportunities to appear in court. You should bring experience across all stages of litigation, including providing advice, drafting pleadings, managing discovery and inspection, preparing evidence and submissions, and representing clients at hearings and trials.

This will be an interesting role that will see you working across a broad variety of complex matters. Working within a close-knit team my client can offer unparalleled mentorship as well as opportunities to develop.

About you

This role is ideally suited to a Solicitor between 1-6 years PQE. Confident and capable, you will be ready to take on challenging, engaging matters. You\'ll work alongside a knowledgeable team on complex files, contribute to excellent client outcomes, and play a key role in the ongoing growth of the practice. With strong court experience, excellent communication skills, and sharp attention to detail, you\'re a practical thinker who can confidently navigate challenges and deliver effective, solution-focused advice.
