Responsibilities
Manage rent roll analysis, lease terms, ROI / IRR calculations, and scenario modelling for property investments
Record and maintain property acquisitions, sales, and development project records, tracking against budgets
Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and cashflow forecasts
Preparation of tax returns - GST, RWT, FBT
Maintain fixed asset registers
Build and maintain financial models, BI reporting, and support systems integration
Skills & Experience
Proven accounting experience, ideally with exposure to property accounting
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the capability to provide insights and recommendations
Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up new systems and extract meaningful data (Netsuite, BI tools, Re-Leased experience preferred)
Highly organised, accurate, and detail-focused while managing competing deadlines
Resilient and agile, with a hands-on approach across both property and operational accounting
Self-motivated and intuitive, with the confidence to work independently and within a team
