Litigation Associate

About the opportunity

A well-established mid-sized Wellington firm is looking for a Litigation Associate to join their busy team.

You'll work across a wide range of matters, including commercial disputes, insolvency, trusts & estates disputes, construction and body corporate matters, negligence claims, insurance litigation, debt recovery, mediation, and some criminal traffic infringements.

This is a hands-on role where you can take ownership of files, develop your expertise, and grow your career.

About you

4+ years PQE

Experience in commercial and civil litigation

Comfortable managing your own matters and working collaboratively

Able to provide clear, practical advice and manage client expectations
